How close is each network to the Internet's core?

Every month CAIDA publishes the relationships between the Internet's Autonomous Systems (ASes). NetCores peels that graph into k-cores and tracks each AS's shell index since 1998. A normalized value of 1 means the AS is in the innermost core.
